I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Overall, this product is good and I would recommend it to a friend. Like it over Adobe.
When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.

It's been a life saver in a lot of situations
It's versatile and sleek and does just about everything that I need when working on PDF documents. I've loved having to school use as well.
I wish that I could merge and split PDFs instead of just write on them. I also think it would be great if PDF filler had a better way to see where documents are in the signature process.
