Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

Very easy to use I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful. I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

I'm very satisfied with it.The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars, was because it is slightly slow to use, in that there are a lot of buttons and windows.It could be made to be more intuitive, and more straightforward.But nevertheless, it does do what I need! What do you like best? I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required. What do you dislike? That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to cancel your subscription after you are done using it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.
