The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

IRS changed the 1099 misc form, so I had to find an alternative access to the 1099 misc form that showed non employee compensation. The 1099 NEC form was the form I needed. A new bokkeeper will handlethis from now on. Thank you

I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.
