Great!! Saves me lots of time where I would have to find the form print it out and then type the information. The only thing that is a problem is the instructions within the form itself. I feel the instructions throughout the form should not be on the printout itself.

It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

Great customer service This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

What do you like best? It is easy to use you can upload and send document for signatures. It easy to edit and add information or make changes to any pdf documents. What do you dislike? No complaints very good software if any problems the PdfFiller team will send an email to fix it. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link. What do you dislike? The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
