With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.
What do you dislike?
I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.

My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

What makes PDF filler so useful
The features I find impactful are how you can convert any file to a PDF, manage various documents and text searching a document. Having these features really makes this software standout, and being easy to use and to manage or search for files by a click.
I didn't feel there was anything missing, as everything that was needed is here in this software. There is nothing lacking in using this software.

It's very easy to use. Also the customer service is exceptional. Very responsive to My questions. When I decided I didn't need it anymore, they processed my cancellation quickly and easily.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Thankyou pdfFiller!

pdfFiller is an easy-to-navigate one-stop shop for all things pdf. Excellent customer support and good trial period.Only thing I'd wish for is a proper redactment feature

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it.
What do you dislike?
The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of.

I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.
