PDF filler solved my small business billing issues! I am able to prepare CMS Form 1500 online and fax directly to the insurance company! It stores all my documents for future reference too and allows me to edit and resend if there is a problem. Awesome tool for a small business like mine!!!

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.

Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

pdfFiller Review
Easy to use and one of the best software to use to sign documents. Also great when you need to edit pdf files.
There were some issues when I tried to fill documents online. Find that I have to download the document.

Great program
Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

How do I unlock form fields in PDF?
Download & Install the tool on Windows OS.
Insert PDF forms using Add File(s)/ Add Folder(s).
Click the 'Unlock PDF' to start the process.
Process completion message will pop up.
How do I lock highlighted text in PDF?
First, select an annotation using the Select tool, or select several of them using the Lasso select tool. You can now lock the annotation by clicking the Lock icon, a padlock, on the toolbar. You can also right-click on the annotation, scroll down to Selection on the pop-up menu and then over to Lock.
How do I lock a fillable field in PDF?
Check Advanced>Security>Show Security Properties for the list of what you can specifically restrict on an individual PDF. Furthermore, you can specifically Restrict 'Filling of Form Fields' on the PDF, and have the security model be a password. The rep knows the password that makes the form editable, but the client doesn't.
How do you save a fillable PDF, so it Cannot be edited?
You first add a password to your document. You do this by bringing up document properties (Ctrl-D or Cmd-D), then go to the Security tab and select to add Password security.
In the second step apply the extended reader rights via the menu item mentioned above (at this point, only Enable more tools will be available).
