It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. In the past, I did them by hand even though I worked for one of the largest insurance agencies in the country. In the past, I was unaware of your product, or I would have bought it myself to use.

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website. I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail. That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone. Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.
