To get started, look for the Custom Branding button on your ‘My Account’ page. When you click on it, you will see the personalized outbound email template. This gives you options to upload your company logo along with signature information and contact details. Once you have finished filling out the template, hit Done. You also have the option to send a test email, so you can see how your future email communications will look.

Open the Stamps Palette by doing one of the following: Choose Tools > Stamp > Stamps Palette. Choose the stamp category, right-click the stamp, and choose Edit. Edit the category or name of the stamp, or replace the image, and then click OK.
Using the signature Stamp a. To insert the digital signature into the PDF document, select the down arrow from the Commenting Toolbar, and select Create Custom Stamp from the drop- down window. Highlight the Category Name you chose when naming your stamp and the click on the stamp.
Click the stamp icon in the Annotations panel, click the “Dynamic” stamp category, and then click one of the time stamp formats from the list that appears. Reader attaches the stamp to your mouse. Click the mouse to place the stamp, which shows the current date and time.
Open the PDF file that you want to share with Foxit PDF Reader. Click Share > Email Current Tab to email the PDF file that you are currently reading. Or choose Share > Email > Email All Open Tabs to email all the PDF files that have been opened in Foxit PDF Reader.
If there is a no restrictions on the PDF then you can simply use CTRL + C to copy the contents by selecting the data/content and CTRL + V to paste the contents on another file.
How to change PDF text Select Edit > Edit Text. Click the desired paragraph to start editing. You can set the text formatting in the Format tab in the right panel. (Optional) With the Edit Text command selected, click anywhere in the paragraph to edit PDF.
When a PDF/A compliant document is opened, a bubble message appears at the top right corner of the document area shown as below. Click on Enable Editing, accept the change by clicking on Yes.
Once you've downloaded your editor of choice to your device, follow these steps to add text boxes: Open the document in the PDF editor. Select Tools > Edit PDF > Add Text. Drag the new text box to the preferred location.
