Select a picture on your computer or phone, specify the desired size in kilobytes, megabytes or percentages and then click OK button at the bottom of this page. Other settings are already installed by default. Still it is possible to compress JPG file by standard method by specifying level of quality.
Click the photo or open the photo. Under the Organize tab, choose Properties. Select a size and then click Resize and Save.
Click Quick Upload. It's on the right below the image banner on the right. Click Choose file. This grey button is in the middle of the page. Click the photo that you want to resize. Click Open. Click Set File Size. Type a file size in kBs. Click Resize File. Click Save.
The Photo Compress app available at Google Play does the same thing for Android users. Download the app and launch it. Select the photos to compress and adjust the size by choosing Resize Image. Be sure to keep the aspect ratio on so the resizing doesn't distort the height or width of the photo.
