Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I'm still on the learning curve. Would like to have a way to erase large sections of a page, not just strips of it. If there is such a way, I haven't yet discovered that.

I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.

Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

Easy, reliable and very effective
Makes completing forms easy and professional. Easy to navigate, easy to find and upload forms and easy to send/save.
the only negative thing I could say is that I would like to have the font a different size and I have been unable to fit it correctly in some spaces.

Easy to use and price is good
easy to edit any pdf file and love that it has watermaker. everything is really easy to use and understand all in all i love it

Service only needed once
I'm in my 89th year and only needed to send in the form once...I didn't know that I was subscribing to ongoing service. I live on Social Security supplemented by savings so I can't afford $96 per year for a service I only needed once. Thank you for the time I did need you.

Please make it possible to do things at a higher capacity, such as split more than five documents at once and upload more than five documents at once.
