With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.

Building home as GC and have to sign or initial many PDF files. PDFfiller has really helped. I also like the way my signed docs are kept by the app.

The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended
I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments.
I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it.
I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised.
I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case
