The Portable Document Format or PDF is a popular document format for numerous reasons. PDF files are accessible on any device to share them between devices with different screens and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone running any OS — it'll appear exactly the same.

The next primary reason is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're safe for sharing data from person to person. PDF files can not only be password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve opened their documents and track potential breaches in security.

I have needed something like this to fill out legal forms instead of using a typewriter. I searched online and found this, then our attorney said this is what their office uses so we bought it. It is exactly what I needed. So thankful for it.

some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.
