I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. The shift/delete cut worked, but the shift/insert paste didn't. Just need a little time to find my groove. All I can say right now is: Bye, Bye handwritten forms. dc macdonald

Very useful. Some issues with mobile devices filling out fillable forms and not all the data showing up on the completed form. Loading times could be a little faster. Also, I shouldn't have to give the app approval to access my email each time I upload a new file from my gmail account. Once should be enough, and the connection should be remembered, but it's not.

Still on free trial period. Have used it twice and very easy to understand.
Filled in a large medical form of 6 pages and had no hassles
As I loaded it for my home use and probably will only use it occasionally I think the cost may be unjustifiable for me to continue with it which is a pity. But it is a good product

Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

I made a mistake and accidentally signed up for this service. When I got the bill for $96, I was shocked. I thought it was going to be such a hassle and was so pleasantly surprised. I got a full refund within an hour of writing to them with a very nice note.
