PDFfiller Review In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is. Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

Kara provided great tech assistance and… Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

All signatures must be notarized. If two names are to appear on the Title, both signatures are required for all transactions in the State of Ohio. It is required that a State I.D. or Ohio License be presented to the Title Bureau at the time of transfer.
The buyer and/or buyer and seller will need to provide the original vehicle title (no photocopies) with the following information: Accurate odometer reading or odometer disclosure statement. Seller's section completed. Seller's signature. Buyer's section completed. Buyer's signature. Date of the sale. Sale price.
If you need your title sooner, instant, or same day, title service is available at all Secretary of State offices. The vehicle owner must appear in person for instant title service. You cannot appoint an agent to represent you for an instant title transaction.
Ohio Title Portal (OTP) This secure online system allows a motor vehicle title to be transferred electronically, from private person to private person. The buyer can apply online 24/7, instead of visiting a title office in person.
How can I get an instant title? In addition to the $15 title fee, there is an extra $5 fee for instant title service. The vehicle owner must appear in person for instant title service.
Important Information to Remember Dual ownership requires both parties to be present unless a notarized power of attorney is provided. Social Security numbers for all parties are required. Photocopies of title are not accepted.
