Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. I spent approx $70 for PDF Filler, could not find a page rotate icon when I really needed it, then a screen popped up that I would have to spend $120 per year to have this additional function. I was in the midst of needing to reorient some legal documents so paid the additional money. I find this to be less than fair business practice as when I signed up there was no clear breakdown presented on the functions available for different costs.

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Excellent customer service and response… Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.

To change the resolution of Excel, open the Excel file and switch to File tab. Click Options in the left sidebar. Select Advanced panel and scroll down the page to find the Image Size and Quality section. Click the small arrow of Default resolution and choose an option in the drop-down menu.
Right-click on the printer, and select Properties, then look for the print quality or DPI settings page to change your printers default resolution. Once the resolution has been increased, Windows will print at the new default setting.
Just select your operating system. You should be able to change the DPI setting after selecting the format of how you are going to save the file and the Scan size. Click on the Advanced Settings link near the bottom and on the Scan tab, select the DPI there also. Click on the File tab to change the saved File Type.
There are a couple of easy fixes, though. You can change the display settings in any program where you see blurry fonts. Right-click on the program icon, like Word or Excel. Choose Properties >> Compatibility >> put a check mark next to “Disable display scaling on high DPI settings” >> Apply.
Alter the monitor's resolution and refresh rate settings to remedy the blurriness. To do this, click on the “Start” menu and select “Control Panel,” then “Display.” Select the “Settings” tab, and with the mouse, drag the bar marked “Screen Resolution.” Click on the “Advanced” button, then the “Monitor” tab.
Right-click on the application in which you are facing issues. Select Properties from the popup menu. Click on Compatibility tab. Select Override high DPI scaling behavior. Select System from the options provided in Scaling performed by section. Click on Apply button and then on OK.
Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Notifications & actions, and then turn off Display Settings. Select action center, and then select Focus assist. This Windows 10 feature enables you to manage when notifications appear.
