I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I've only used this service once, and I'm pleased with the outcome. My document looked more professional and I will use this service again. I think it's a bit pricey, so I suggest the company use a "one-time-purchase" option or free trial before buying.

THIS PROGRAM IS VERY USER FRIENDLY. THE ONLY THING THAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS THAT WHEN YOU RESAVE THE DOCUMENT IT DOES NOT UPDATE THE TIME OF YOUR MOST RECENT CHANGE.

Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing
