User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. The interface is reasonably intuitive…
The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

Functionality. But some links could be more clearer. For example, how to delete an entire line from a pdf? I figured it out but took some trial and error.

Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.

The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.

I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.
