This is a great service

Can you get your registration sticker if you owe tolls?
Registered motor vehicle owners with 100 or more delinquent tolls cannot register their vehicles until their toll bill and all related administrative fees are paid. 1. Pay outstanding tolls and fees with cash, money order or credit card. Payment plans may be available by opening a Tolling account.
What happens if you don't pay your toll tag?
Failure to pay tolls is against the law and results in a violation invoice and/or referral to a collection firm. Toll violations may also result in issuance of a traffic citation, independent of an invoice, which carries a significant fine plus court costs.
Can you go to jail for not paying tolls?
As reported in a previous blog, NSW drivers cannot directly be sent to prison for non-payment of fines. They will be given 28 days to pay the toll. A $1.10 administration fee, in addition to the toll, is charged for those who own an e-tag. For those who do not have an e-tag, the administration fee is $10.

Can I sell my car if I owe tolls?
You shouldn't have any trouble selling the car. The new owner will get his own registration. You are still responsible for any fines or tickets or toll fees. You have to pay the toll with the authority where you missed the toll.
Can you register a new car if you owe taxes?
In order to register or re-register any vehicle, ALL motor vehicle taxes with your name on them must be paid in full. DMV will not know that your taxes are paid in full until an employee in the tax collector's office sends an electronic notification directly to DMV.
What can stop you from registering a car?
A Registration Stop on a license plate prevents the vehicle owner from renewing their Vehicle Registration. The Registration Stop must be released prior to renewing the license plate registration.
