What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

I use this to do my tenant leases
Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere!
I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents.
I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.

What is title deed plan?
A deed plan is a plan drawn on or attached to any kind of deed. In relation to boundaries, we might expect to encounter a conveyance plan or a transfer plan, or occasionally a plan to a Deed of Variation.
Is title plan the same as deeds?
They are the same thing, although the plan and register will summarize the old paper deeds. You will be given copies of the paper deeds for reference/interest, if they exist. If they don't, then there will be none. They aren't considered important once the title is electronically registered.
What is the difference between a certificate of title and a deed?
But the two have inherent differences. While the certificate of title is an opinion of status and doesn't guarantee ownership, the deed is a document used when there is a transfer of property from a seller to a buyer.
What is a Land Registry title plan?
A Title Plan is a map produced by Land Registry to record the general position of the boundaries of a registered title in accordance with Rule 5 of The Land Registration Rules 2003. This states: Contents of the property register.

What is pink on Land Registry?
A pink shaded a bit on that says it's “Right of way on other land for use by registered land”. I'd say that that bit of land has a Right of Way over it — but is owned by another land-owner there.
What does a dotted line mean on a title plan?
The dotted line is an undefined boundary, i.e. one that doesn't have a fence or a wall, or a boundary that does not exist on the OS map base. That doesn't necessarily mean there is no wall etc now, simply that the OS map base has not yet been updated to show it.
