Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

Great for what I needed it for
Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Was quickly able to complete, and then email back to the nursery.If you are someone who regular needs to complete PDF's online, then you would really benefit from this.Was slightly confusing to begin with, but quickly got my head around it.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

How much does it cost to cancel a contract with US Cellular?
A Retail Installment Contract is required for all Smartphones and basic phones. A Customer Service Agreement with a 2-yr. Initial term (subject to a pro-rated $150 early termination fee for modems and hotspot devices and a $350 early termination fee for tablets) required.
How can I cancel my phone contract for free?
Use the Grace Period Loophole. Transfer or Trade Your Contract. Switch to a Cell Provider that Will Pay the Fees. Take Advantage of a Change in Contract Terms. Negotiate with Customer Service. Report All Issues with Your Service. Move Out of the Service Area.
How can I get out of my cell phone contract?
Viacom Dial 082 111 and follow the prompts for Contract Queries then Cancellations. MTN Email retentions@MTN.co.za and request a pre-cancellation quote. Cell C Dial 084 143 and select option 2 which goes to the cancellation department. Seldom Dial 081 180 and ask an operator for a cancellation quote.
How much does it cost to cancel a phone plan?
