While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

I genuinely love this program
I genuinely love this program. I don't have to wait for anyone else to print things for me and then get backed up on my work. I can just create what I need and send it right then. Super simple and user friendly.

Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.

Click the Bookmarks button on the left to open the Bookmarks panel. Open the page where you want the bookmark to link to, and adjust the view settings. Use the Select tool to select the area of the page you want to bookmark: Select the bookmark under which you want to place the new bookmark.
