With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

I used it for tax documents forgot to cancel subscription after use. Got charged 96 dollars and two days later I requested a refund and within seconds had someone helping me and processing my refund. Service is excellent and product is best on the market.

Excellent website with great features
I receive documents from my client's customers that need to be filled out and signed by my client. These are handled by PDFFILLER quickly and efficiently.
It's very easy to fill in PDF files and it's just as simple to add and insert signatures.
Sometimes movements within the website are a bit lengthy. After downloading a completed document, returning to the exact page would be nice.

Excellent Tool for Editing PDF Files
We use PDFFiller frequently to edit PDF documents to send to clients or vendors. The online platform is very user friendly and has a wide variety of functionality. It does most of the things one would need to do, including adding text, erasing sections, checking boxes, and adding signatures.
I wish it was easy to merge PDF documents.

The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.
