This is only used once in awhile. Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well. This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Give your graph a descriptive title. ... Ensure you have put your graph the right way around. ... Determine the variable range. ... Determine the scale factor of the graph. Label the horizontal and vertical axes with units clearly. ... Remove any outliers. ... Draw a line of best fit.
To graph a point, first locate its position on the x-axis, then find its location on the y-axis, and finally plot where these meet. The center point of the graph is called the origin and is written as the point (0, 0) because it's located at the zero point on the x-axis and the zero point on the y-axis.
A point is named by its ordered pair of the form of (x, y). The first number corresponds to the x-coordinate and the second to the y-coordinate. To graph a point, you draw a dot at the coordinates that corresponds to the ordered pair.
A plot is a graphical technique for representing a data set, usually as a graph showing the relationship between two or more variables. The plot can be drawn by hand or by a mechanical or electronic plotter. ... Graphs can also be used to read off the value of an unknown variable plotted as a function of a known one.

The rules described on this sheet should be followed throughout the semester, whenever you are required to construct a graph. Graphs consist of a horizontal, or X axis and a vertical, or Y axis. Each axis represents the possible values of some variable. Thus, points on a graph show the relationship between 2 variables.
