This really works My over all experience was pretty good I really like this software and would reccomend it to everyone it is definitely my top choice. I liked the fact that you could take virtually any document and fill in the spaces with the information of your own. It really makes things a lot easier I didnt like how you couldn't delete words that were already there I wish it was all in one app instead of having to download 3 or 4 different apps to get what I want done accomplished

If anything has been built that does not comply with zoning ordinances or building codes, city officials can order that portion of the work to be demolished. In addition, a fine can be levied on the project. Therefore, most professional contractors will not proceed on a project without a permit.
But financial and legal hassles can arise from undertaking a home renovation without a permit. If you get caught without the proper building permits, you risk not only fines, penalties and additional construction costs, but you could also find it difficult to sell your home in the future.
: In the U.S. when one seeks a permit for construction, he PULLS a permit. Any ideas as to origin? [I suppose it comes from the practice of going to the city or county clerk's office and getting that official to pull the required forms from a file.
Who should pull a permit? If you are paying any professionals to work on your project, pay them to pull permits, too. Some cities even require contractors to pull permits for paid work. ... For other projects, paying a contractor to pull a permit can save time and money.
Completing a permit application. Preparing a site plan for the project. ... Scheduling an appointment for plan approval. ... Getting the permit. ... Scheduling inspections. ... Complete your project and obtain final city approval.
For any major construction or repairs on your home, permits must be pulled by a licensed contractor. ... Legally, you are considered to be the contractor and are required to materially supervise the work done. It's against the law to do this and then compensate someone else to supervise the project for you.
