Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

Something went wrong, when I was filling once it stopped me suddenly. It saved the work, luckily. But I lost two minutes to restart my job, and this wasn't nice.

I used it for tax documents forgot to cancel subscription after use. Got charged 96 dollars and two days later I requested a refund and within seconds had someone helping me and processing my refund. Service is excellent and product is best on the market.

I have NO ablity for photoshop
I have NO ablity for photoshop, etc. But this software is easy to use and I can easily edit the few things I need to do. Highly recommend it for those who aren't to tech savy.

I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!
