I love it but when I was trying to edit document I could only click and erase some fields. I had to use the eraser for the rest. But overall great product.

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

I have been trying to cancel my…
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.

Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

How do you shine Bates?
Remove laces and clean footwear with a dry cloth. Allow airing dry uppers can be stuffed with paper, if desired, to help in drying. Polish regularly with a quality footwear polish to protect and nourish the leather and provide a long lasting shine.
How do I make my boots mirror shine?
Prepare the shoes or boots. Clean your shoes / boots. Apply leather conditioner and cream polish if required. Apply a thick base coat to fill in and level the uneven surface. Build more base coats over the toe caps until leather grain fades. Water shine / spit-shine the toe caps. An aficionado's trick.
How do you shine Bates boots?
Apply a thick layer of polish in small, circular motions with a soft cloth. Let the base coat dry for 15 minutes. Thoroughly brush the boot or vigorously scrub it with a clean, dry cotton cloth to remove excess polish.
How do you shine leather boots?
Brush any dirt, mud, or dust off your leather boots. Use a damp cloth or your shoe brush to achieve the proper results. Apply shoe polish to the shoe with a soft cloth or rag. Use your shoe brush to remove any excess shoe polish from your shoes. Buff the leather using a soft cloth and brisk, back-and-forth movements.
How can I shine my boots without polish?
1)Olive Oil and Lemon: Olive oil is the best moisturizer and alternative for shoe polish, just sprinkle little oil on shoes and keep it for 5 minutes then rub it with dry soft cloth and your shoes are good as new, put few drops of lemon juice in oil to give your shoes extra Shine.
