It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

in a nutshell: sooooooooooo much better than adobe acrobat. i'm a new user, but this was just infinitely less frustrating (and i'm hoping less expensive) that dealing with adobe.

I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

Easy to edit, fast and clear, good volume of storage

Price could be cheaper. Functions are not through out. Sometimes the convert docs from pdf to word are not correct

How do I clean up my favorites bar?
Click the “Favorites” (star icon) link on the Internet Explorer toolbar, click the arrow next to the “Add to Favorites” button and then click “Organize Favorites” to launch the Favorites Center. Click the folder that contains the favorites to delete.
How do I remove items from my favorites bar?
Select Bookmarks from the toolbar at the top of the screen. Select Edit Bookmarks from the drop-down menu that appears. Click the bookmark you'd like to remove, so it is highlighted, and then press Delete.
How do I remove items from my favorites list?
Double-click the Favorites folder, use hold Ctrl while left-clicking to select multiple items, and then press Delete. To remove all items within a folder or sub-folder, press Ctrl-A to select all items, and then press Delete.
How do I clear my favorites bar history?
Once you see bar go to Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History. You can set it up as would like just click the Delete button that will bring up options on what you want to keep and want to keep.

On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More. Click Bookmarks Bookmark Manager. Press Shift + click the bookmarks. To the right of the bookmark, click the Down arrow. Click Delete.
