What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

The conditional tense also sometimes referred to as the conditional mood communicates what happens, will happen, might have happened, or would have happened if we do, will do, or did do something. The situation described can be real or imaginary; in either case, an action relies on something else (a condition).
Finally, would cannot be used in the first conditional, which deals with predictions of likely and possible future events. In conditional statements, would only deal with the unlikely and the impossible. Could, should, and would are also used in other kinds of sentences, not just conditionals.
Could, should, and would are not used in the zero conditional. This is because the zero conditional describes things that always happen. Could, should and would only deal with things that may or may not happen. ... Could, should, and would are also used in other kinds of sentences, not just conditionals.
The conditional should is most often used in place of the zero or first conditional. ... The first conditional is used when an outcome is likely or possible, and the main clause is usually formed with will + base verb. If no one answers, please call back tomorrow. Should no one answer, please call back tomorrow.
Will and would are verbs, and each can be used many ways. Will can be a present tense verb that means to cause something to happen through force of desire. ... Would is a past tense form of will. It is also a conditional verb that indicates an action that would happen under certain conditions.
Conditional. Conditional tenses are used to speculate about what could happen, what might have happened, and what we wish would happen. In English, most sentences using the conditional contain the word if. Many conditional forms in English are used in sentences that include verbs in one of the past tenses.
The conditional is a mood, not a tense. You are contrasting it with “provides” in the present tense of the indicative mood, though there may be no need to introduce this term into the discussion.
Its form uses a conditional clause in the present simple, and the main clause in the future tense. The main clause will use a modal, like would, should, could, will, may, might, or can. Here are some examples: If I sleep now, I will be up all night.

The first conditional is used when an outcome is likely or possible, and the main clause is usually formed with will + base verb. If no one answers, please call back tomorrow.
