It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

I started with pdfFiller almost a week…
I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. How do I get an apostle in Poland?
It is possible to get Apostle in Poland, since Poland acceded to Hague Convention. You have to go to this office in Warsaw to get your documents Apostle or legalization. It should cost Price: 60 PLN per seal.
