This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. I would give it five stars but honestly it is a lot of money per month for me when I rarely use it. That said, when I DO use it, it is a massive time saver. I love the signature features and how well the filler integrates with every form and contract I have used.

So far the app itself is great. A bit disappointed that the add on internet said cost would be 35.00 and change but when it came time to pay, couldn't get to pay pal choice and cost charged to my card was 75 dollars for basic, one year.

Easy to use
I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software.
At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

Easy to use and easy to understand format, it made me feel like a pro lol, and I love the feature of being able to download your copies to your computer in either a PDF or a Word file, personally I dislike PDF files but if you have to send or receive them this is the perfect tool to do it with. Have already recommended it to several friends and family.

its really a good app, but at the same time it does not fix all my needs, but i usually do need the app when i have to edit some pdf file, because i feel its easy to use, very intuitive, but i don't use so much

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.
