PDFfiller for Real Estate
Overall this software has made is easier to get paperwork to my clients and have the fill in and sign online.
This software is great for my business. I can easily send over pdf files and they can fill them our and sign all online. It is convenient and easy to use.
This software performs well and there is nothing negative to report. It is a great way for clients to file out paperwork and sent back to me when they are finished.

Very good to be able to edit pdfs, though it is still a fairly clunky procedure. But for a free download you can't complain.

How do you fix scratches on vinyl records?
While there is no foolproof way to repair scratches on vinyl, you can try using wood glue to remove dust and even out the surface of your record. Clean your record with a dry brush, liquid cleaning solution, or a toothpick to remove additional dirt and debris.
How do you fix scratched records?
Try a light-light-light piece of water sandpaper and rub LIGHTLY over the scratch. It works on CD's and DVD's, but I haven't tried it on records yet. It may work, but again it might not as each song on the record is an etched in image of the songs' spectrograph. Sanding it off is removing the song.
How do you fix a scratched record?
Locate the scratches of your record, and angle 1 wooden toothpick at the scratch. Apply a little pressure, and rub back and forth on the scratch. Do this for any and all scratches on your vinyl. Rubbing the scratch with a toothpick helps get into the small cracks and lift stubborn debris.
Are scratched records worth anything?
In terms of value, the most valuable records are in Mint condition. A record in Very Good+ condition has light marks — scuffs and tiny scratches which can't heard in playback — and has about half the value of a Mint record. Anything graded lower than VG+, unless rare and highly sought after, has little value.
Can old vinyl records be restored?
Contrary to popular belief, this explains how it is possible to repair damaged/scratched vinyl records, or at least greatly reduce the entity of the damage. This consists in removing obstructions from the grooves, caused by scratches or other matter stuck in it, and somehow re-carve the groove walls.
Are scratched vinyl records worth anything?
Unless the cover is mint, or the specific record/pressing itself has some historical value and rarity, scratches (and especially skips) pretty much destroy any resale value of old LPs. If it's a rare and valuable record, then you might want to keep it even if it's scratched up a bit.

How do I know if my vinyl record is worth anything?
Step 1: Identify The Record Version Some are worth less than $5. If the record has a barcode, scan it with the Discos App to find it immediately. If that's not an option, look for a Catalog Number, often found on the sleeve or pressed on the inner ring of the vinyl itself, or search using the barcode number.
