This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. It does have a few glitches, but overall, it's a nice product with plenty of good features. The original annual price of $72 was too much for the few times I would use it in the course of a year, but the special rate of $18 was reasonable. If I would use it more, it would be worth it, although I hate subscriptions. We'll see if I use it enough to justify renewing next year.

I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

What do you like best?
I love the fact documents may be completed and signed electronically without the need to print, scan, and attach anything. It's so much easier, cleaner, and more secure!
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had, which could certainly be user error, is that one of the links to an informational PDF (it's a read-only document) sometimes stops working. I am made aware of this when I send the link to someone new and the person responds to say an error message appears upon clicking. I have no idea why this happens and it's always associated with this particular document.

Per my comments in response to what I like best, using this tool prevents the need for recipients to print, complete by hand, scan, then attach documents to an email. It's also a more professional-looking and more secure approach to document sharing.
