I preveiously gave the program a low rating before technicians showed me that my problem was user error. I find PDFfiller a great addition to my daily work. I can fill the forms in and also go back and edit. Love it!

This web site is quick and easy to use…
This web site is quick and easy to use and their support is amazing. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

Document Saver
Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. There are so many tools to save you time, for instance, will not have to go to the postal service as often, pdfFiller is here for you! pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I teach 3rd grade and most of the resources and district resources are in PDF or Doc Hub format. This does not allow my students to fill these kinds of worksheets out online. That was a problem until now. PdfFiller is saving me time and effort in preparing lessons for my students.

What do you like best?
All the functions have served me well but.the one I used the most is the fax option. I recently started using PDf fillable now that I'm completely online as it help for those clients that do not have access to printers, scanners or fax machines

That I can not save it as a template and upload it to my cloud service

Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support
I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features.
On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly.
The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform.
Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
