On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. It was easy to use. just having difficulty emailing and printing 25 page document. states processing 1 of 25 but bar is not loading. quite frustrating. been trying for 1.5 hrs now. tried emailing didnt work to print off of it either. ugh

Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

What do you like best?
I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness.
What do you dislike?
I have not found anything that I dislike about it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I save time by not having to print and scan forms and also saves paper.

great you can do anything needs to be done the best pdf editor you can find , but the price is and subscription is little too much

Excellent tools
Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial.
I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service.
Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

I had to fill an application and I really loved being able to type my thoughts. The other features seem great too, like the circle for multiple choice questions was cool too.

I am not computer techy
I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.
