I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I need to be able to return to a document after it has gone to a client to be edited in a different color so it can be resubmitted with original and edited marks

Used PDF Filler to create 1099's for caregivers for my aunt and uncle. It was a good experience overall. I wish that I did not have to re-enter my information again for each of the 1099's.

What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.

It is easy, so relax and just do what you need to do.
I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.

Go to the Project > Invoices tab. Click on the Invoice Tab. Click on an invoice row, where you have already issued the invoice. Click the 'Save the invoice as a PDF attachment on a new email' button in the invoice tab toolbar.

Open QuickBooks and navigate to the invoice that you want to save as a PDF. Click “File” from the menu and select “Save as PDF.”
