I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. At first, I was disappointed by the service. We needed to fill out a rental application and have been very stressed. We found this website which seemed to be a dream come true. After having filled out all of the painstaking details, found that we had to pay to be able to fill out a document online. This was very frustrating. I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

I really like the application a lot. I am finding the fact that you do not have a field value setting which comes in handy for allowing a Check Mark to have a Value and Calculate costs based on Check Marks or Drop Down Menus. I also would love a copy and paste a single field, this comes in handy for repetitive drop down menus. Prepopulating a field from an earlier field value would be great in helping people not have to enter same information more than once.

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

much better than trying to fill out…
much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided. I found your Chapter 7 petition package to be unusable (all or most of the checkboxes use the same variable i.e., check one and you check them all.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

How do you calculate finance lease?
L = The annual payment required by the lease agreement. I = The interest charge for the period. P = The principal reduction is the lease payment less the interest charge. C = This is the present value of lease payments minus the amount of the principal reduction.
How do you account for operating leases?
By capitalizing an operating lease, a financial analyst is essentially treating the lease as debt. Both the lease and the asset acquired under the lease will appear on the balance sheet. The firm must adjust depreciation expenses to account for the asset and interest expenses to account for the debt.
How are lease terms determined?
To determine the lease term, first, start with the non-cancelable period of the lease. Then, add any renewal option periods for renewals the lessee is reasonably certain of exercising. Third, add any periods covered by a termination option if the lessee is reasonably certain it will NOT exercise that option.
How are lease terms calculated?
Depreciation. Interest. Tax.
How are lease payments calculated?
Identify the number of the monthly payments on the lease. Then subtract the residual value from the net capitalized cost. Divide the resulting number by the number of payments. The result is the depreciation portion of the lease payment. For example, you lease a new car for three years.
What is the lease payment on a $30000 car?
A $30,000 vehicle with a 65 percent residual would have a base monthly payment of $292 before taxes, interest and fees. Choosing the vehicle with the higher residual percentage would net a savings of more than $200 per month for a vehicle with the same selling price.
How do you calculate the interest rate on a lease?
