Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. WE HAVE a issue because date of birth format used by pdf filler is mm/dd/yyyy whereas in Australia all forms use dd/mm/yyyyy format. send me a solution tip.
