The support with this company surpasses… The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. Needed an online PDF editor for contracts, works better than expected! I can sign and edit PDF files anytime, anywhere. The availability of it from any device, anywhere. All the platforms are great both the web and local apps. Sometimes it's laggy because it runs online but I suppose that's the tradeoff of having it available everywhere.

What do you like best? With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease What do you dislike? I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

What do you like best? I personally like using PdfFiller over other programs like Adobe to edit my documents because the site is more user friendly. I can do everything I need to quickly and efficiently. What do you dislike? I wish there was an option to combine documents. You can delete pages but not upload new ones. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used to use Docusign to add digital signatures but now I used pdfFiller instead. It's great for adding quick signatures on internal documents without the waste of printing and hand signing forms as I did prior.

I used this product to edit and fill… I used this product to edit and fill out an application and found the software to be very easy to use and very effective! I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 30day free trial and was unexpectedly hit with the charge the week before payday when I really couldn’t afford it. I explained my situation to the customer support team via chat and they happily refunded me my payment! Could not be happier with the service they provided and the understanding of my situation.
