At times, it is difficult to edit the pdf the way you want. There are too many steps to take in order to do what you want with your document. Eventually, I am able to get the pdf the way I want it.

I have tried a couple other products and they do not compare with the ease of the PDFfiller product. I am over 80 and faced with a great deal of medical paperwork regarding insurance, test results, doctors paperwork and hospital paperwork.
My handwriting is a bit shaky with age and at times people can not read what I have attempted to write. I used PDFfiller on a several pages of a doctor's information form and it was a breeze and people could read my answers. The doctors staff wanted to know how I did it and thanked me many times for doing it with PDFfiller.

It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Pdf Filler is extremely user friendly. I love being able to easily add signatures to documents.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that you cannot combine documents.
