I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

I typically use this App for simple documents like resumes and other common forms in PDF format and it truly works wonders! I can edit my documents with ease! Just make sure you familiarize yourself with the tools shown. I have no complaints. It's very user-friendly!

Great app - really easy to use. Doesn't change the quality of the document. Probably won't pay for it long term - I would pay £1 or something everytime i wanted to use it though...

Really very convenient, far more handier than the others selectable with a quick google search.....not sure about $20 monthly fee though. An account with a paid service per use would also be handy, but 9/10

Good and easy to use except not easy to move things around once you've put it somewhere, and also not easy to put the text box right on the line that you're supposed to be filling out

This review is based on experience with the program itself
I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.

I signed up to help with a real estate contract. I was able to complete the form and email the document. It took me a little while to figure it all out but once I did it went smoothly.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
