It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Found that out when I clicked "done" and suddenly the prices came up. Very confusing way to do business.

Took forever to figure out it wasn't free. Here I thought I was filling out a form to print and filled it all out then said I need to pay. Very frustrating

A fixed position element is positioned relative to the viewport, or the browser window itself. If they place the footer at the bottom of the body, there's no reason to use any of them because it is the last item to be displayed (static). The issue I saw was too much redundant code.

Margin and padding coding can interfere with the footer position. When the footer margins are too narrow or the padding is too wide, the footer position shifts and can move to the middle of the Web page. Now the footer margins and padding are determined by the “#body” and “#container” tags at the top of the Web page.
Left-click the margin tab located on the ruler on the left side of the screen. While still holding the mouse drag the margin tab down towards the bottom of the page. This will push the footer lower.
A sticky footer is anchored to the bottom of the browser view port, as opposed to the bottom of the entire page. It retains its position relative to the bottom of the browser as the page scrolls.
