It was just what i was looking for...im not very computer literate but WAS NOT hard to learn. I do think a few features could be added or made easier. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST. Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... S***, unless you are in the business of "screw ups" "uh-oh"ers, the presidents Secretary for his twitter account...or a lawyer. I don't think you get enough time for the cost. I like everything about this program, but I prefer to be able to create folders without tags and be able to fill out forms without NEXT bars popping up all the time - they are annoying. But my overall experience with this program is great!

When filling out 1099-misc form, it would be beneficial for the information on the first page be copied throughout the other copies, as they are the same.

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

I use a clunky chromebook and needed to fill in an enormous health history form. This pdf filler was the easiest experience I have had with one of these assists. As I rarely need to do this I did not continue the subscription and the customer service was excellent I do highly recommend pdfFiller.

Thought I had cancelled my subscription…
Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

How do you title an invoice?
The header section of a typical invoice includes your company logo and address as well as the customer's details. It also includes an invoice title. On the invoice, the title alerts the customer to the specific purpose of the charges.
How do you name an invoice?
Your Name + Address. The Client's Name + Address. Issue Date. Due Date. Subject (Invoice Name) Invoice ID (Unique and typically a number) Breakdown / Line Item Details. Total Amount Due.

Make every invoice number unique you can start from any number you want. Assign sequential invoice numbers. Assign invoice numbers in chronological way. Structure invoice numbers any way you want, you may: use only numbers 001, 002, 003 etc., include Customer Name CN001, CN002, etc.
