I like how easy it is to navigate the site.

I dislike how sometimes my documents don't get sent out, I have to resend a couple of times before they are received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to edit certain documents that I was once before remaking the entire document for different clients.

How do I change notification settings on Carlo?
Launch the Carlo app on your Android device. Tap Mode. Select the device for which you want to edit notification settings. Tap the pencil icon next to the mode that you want to edit. Tap the pencil icon next to the rule that you want to edit.

To turn off the Push Notifications setting: Launch the Carlo app or log in to your Carlo account at my.arlo.com. Tap or click Settings > Smart Notifications. Select your Carlo device. In the Audio Alerts section, deselect Smoke/CO Alarm and All Other Audio.

How do I make my Carlo notifications louder?
Are you wanting to change the notification sound to be louder for the Carlo iOS app? You will need to go to your iPhone Settings > Sounds & Haptics and adjust from “Ringer and Alerts.” If the notification sound sounds low, you may want to contact Apple Support regarding that.
How do you set the Carlo activity zone?
Log in to your Carlo account at my.arlo.com. Tap or click the settings icon under that camera that you want to create an activity zone for. Tap or click Activity Zones. Tap or click the + icon in the upper-right corner. To resize the activity zone, drag the corners of the zone.
Why am I not getting my Carlo notifications?
To ensure that you receive mobile notifications: Make sure your Carlo app is up to date. Make sure you are logged in to the Carlo app on your iOS device. If you are logged out, you do not receive notifications on your device. Enable push notifications in your camera's modes and rules.
