It has worked fairly well so far. I would like to be able to change, or add to the saved names of the files that I make instead of the generic names PDFfiller gives them. If that is possible, I can't see how.

I absolutely love the collection of documents and the fact that I can make my own forms. It has nearly everything one has to know. PDfiller initially charged me for a full year, when all i wanted was a trial, so I was very upset however I am glad I kept it.

I'm impressed with PDFfiller but I think there could be more options of background colours of the textbox, including different shades within each color.

IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN
I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey.
What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .

I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
