When moving your workflow online, it's important to get the best PDF editor that meets all your needs.

Even if you hadn't used PDF for your documents before, you can switch to it anytime — it's simple to convert any file format into PDF. It makes creating and sharing most document types effortless. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF to replace many other documents. It is also the best option if you want to control the layout of your content.

Though many online solutions provide PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding electronic signatures, collaborating with others etc.

Use pdfFiller to edit documents, annotate and convert them into other file formats; fill them out and put an e-signature, or send to other people. All you need is a web browser. You don’t need to download and install any programs.

What do you like best?
I use it as a healthcare EHR. Very convenient.
What do you dislike?
I only really have one complaint. When I use it to fill my PDF files, the pop up bubble gets in the way after I click a box so then I have to click somewhere else to see my next option.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Send to sign is convenient. Send to fax is also nice.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A paper official transcript should include the college seal or its facsimile, date of issue, and an appropriate signature or facsimile. We consider most hand carried transcripts official as long as they are received sealed in their original tamper evident envelope with all security marks intact.
Most colleges want an official version of your high school transcript. Official versions are often sent directly by your high school, either through snail mail or as an e-mail. Your school may also give you an official version of your transcript inside a sealed envelope for you to send yourself.
A paper official transcript should include the college seal or its facsimile, date of issue, and an appropriate signature or facsimile. We consider most hand carried transcripts official as long as they are received sealed in their original tamper evident envelope with all security marks intact.
Most students can access an unofficial transcript on their school's online portal, but most employers require a more official document. An official transcript is typically issued by the school's Guidance or Registrar's office with an official seal or signature. Here's how to request a copy of your official transcript.
Official paper transcripts are sent in a sealed, signature-stamped envelope. An electronic transcript is considered OFFICIAL if the intended party is the direct email recipient.
An “unofficial” transcript is generally considered anything that doesn't bear the “sign and seal” (or equivalent) of the issuing institution, as well as any reproduction of the official transcript (scan, photo, copy, etc.). So your “copy” would be sufficient as an unofficial transcript.
This varies greatly from 5 years at some to 10 years or longer at others.
MACRO guidelines suggest that a community college should retain these transcripts for a minimum of one year after the term in which you applied if you do not enroll; otherwise, it should retain them for a minimum of five years after your graduation or last date of attendance.
Official transcripts are those that are sent directly from your high school to the recipient. They are often sent electronically or are sent in an envelope with an official seal to prevent tampering. These transcripts are the ones requested for college or scholarship applications.
An OFFICIAL [paper] transcript is printed on special, watermarked paper. Official paper transcripts are sent in a sealed, signature-stamped envelope. An electronic transcript is considered OFFICIAL if the intended party is the direct email recipient.
