I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever. I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

What do you like best?
The ease of downloading our own files to manipulate the data, and/or recreate a document.
What do you dislike?
I think a better training tool/video would be beneficial for new and old users.

PDF FILLER I have used this for payroll and accounting documents at work and for personal use as well. I have not had any trouble using it at all. The ease of use if wonderful. I love how much more professional documents look when using the PDF Filler than hand writing. That is another thing I love about this software - you can do it all on the computer/laptop and just attach to an email if you need to send it to someone or print for the files if that's what is needed. I don't believe I have anything I don't like about it!! Who like hand writing forms??

What do you like best? The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents. What do you dislike? I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!
