My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

PDF filler has replaced my Adobe Acrobat because of how easy it is to use and it's functions that match my business model. The unlimited filler links are extremely helpful for my clients. The ability have the html coding for each link, the mass link / excell options and the ability to sell my forms. It is a life saver!

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.

We've recently implemented new contracts for our accounts, and using PDFfiller has made creating them so easy. It's saved me a significant amount of time.

What is an S election form?
A corporation or other entity eligible to be treated as a corporation files this form to make an election under section 1362(a) to be an S corporation.

An S corporation, for the United States federal income tax, is a closely held corporation (or, in some cases, a limited liability company (LLC) or a partnership) that makes a valid election to be taxed under Subchapter S of Chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code. When can you make an S election?
Form 2553 (the S Corp election form) must be filed with the IRS. It is typically due within 75 days of forming your business entity or March 15 of the following year.

When must an S Corp election be made?
A corporation or LLC must file an S-Corp election within two months and 15 days (~75 days total) of the date of formation for the election to take effect in the first tax year. Can I retroactively file as an S Corp?
