I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. Step 1: Display the “Developer” Section. Go into the “File” tab. Then click “Options”. Step 2: Create a Form Template. Step 3: Add Content to This Form. Step 4: Set Properties for Content Controls. Step 5: Include Instructional Text to Your Form. Step 6: Include Protection to Your Form.
In the Navigation pane, select the table you want to use to create a form. Select the Creation tab, locate the Forms group, and click the Form command. Your form will be created and opened in Layout view. To save the form, click the Save command on the Quick Access toolbar.
Select any cell in the Excel Table. Click on the Form icon in the Quick Access Toolbar. Enter the data in the form fields. Hit the Enter key (or click the New button) to enter the record in the table and get a blank form for next record.
On the Developer tab, in the Custom Forms group, click Design a Form, and then select the standard form on which to base your custom form. Add the fields, controls, and code that you want to your new form. Set form attributes for the custom form. Publish the form.
Step 1: Open your existing form. On your Outlook Ribbon, go ahead and hit the Developer menu. Step 2: Add custom Form fields. Step 3: Add a custom Form page. Step 4: Save your Outlook form. Step 5: Try out your new form. Step 6: Use your new form by default.
Custom Outlook forms are created to provide an interface to applications using Microsoft Outlook as the UI. One such application is Microsoft's Business Contact Manager (BCM) which uses several custom forms, including the New Business Contact Form shown in Figure 2.
