On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

What do you like best?
The ease of accessing Acord applicaions, amend the existing and being able to save to my computer and then email to clients. The process is incredibly simple!
What do you dislike?
I had difficulty accessing Acords 125,, 126 & 140's. This has now been fixed and all is working fine. Very little to say, in as far as disliking PDFfiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best & quickest was to access all Acord Applications for Commercial Insurance.

My county require residential construction plans modified to meet 140 mph wind standards. I was unable to reach my building designer. I was able to cut and paste drawings from the manual that I hope will meet their standards.

kara was great
kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. Please give her kudo's and preferably a raise for dealing with an older computer geek

I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "

Some times the app isn't intuitive. I have had dificulty with the earaser. Could be I haven't had your instructional course and Im doing something wrong.
