Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about. The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document. Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

Payment application is when a received payment is applied to an account balance. An invoice is a presentation to a customer of the amount owed for product or services for a period, usually 30 days. When that limit is reached, no more product will be issued or shipped until some amount of payment is received.
An Invoice is a request for payment and receipt is a confirmation of payment. The significant difference between the two is that the invoice is issued prior to the payment while the receipt is issued after the payment. The invoice is used to track the sale of goods or services.
